Laboratory Analysis
In our customer support laboratory, our technicians use multistage simulation equipment to perform a simulation of your current process allowing customers to examine the results of the recommended changes before the changes are made on site.
Each year, our analytical laboratory runs thousands of tests on solutions and parts from customers’ manufacturing facilities. Our laboratories are equipped to run the most valuable and commonly requested tests associated with optimizing and troubleshooting processes.
Analytical support equipment for soil identification & elemental analysis include:
- Fourier Transfer Infrared (FTIR)
- X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF)
- Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP)
- Gas and Ion Chromatography
- Stereo Optical Microscope
- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
DuBois offers the following customer support analysis:
- Soil identification
- Systems’ parameter measurements
- Substrate evaluation
- Residues and scales
- Crossover from lab to production to field support
- Water quality in, during, and out of system
We are also very proud of our microbiological laboratory where we can determine microbial levels, conduct relative corrosion testing and offers other services which may apply to coolant systems as the need arises.
Some of our microbiology lab services include:
- Microscopic examination
- Presence of sulfate reducing bacteria
- Enumeration of heterotrophic (aerobic) bacteria, fungi/yeast and mold
- Field testing of biocides
- Preservative testing
- Antimicrobial resistance testing
- Product efficiency testing
- Evaluation of new technologies
- Enumeration of microorganisms
- Detection of specific groups of organisms
- Identification of microorganisms
- Biocide evaluation studies
- Sanitation recommendations
- Sanitation surveys
