The DuBois Approach
Our approach to felt cleaning and conditioning incorporates a variety of on-line, as well as off-line monitoring programs. DuBois field representatives offer the ability to measure fabric porosity, water permeability, and moisture content to help troubleshoot machine process variability. Fabric autopsies can also be conducted by our Sharonville Regional Technical Center to identify the nature of contaminants and isolate the cause of felt degradation. These techniques combine to ensure that your press felt care consistently optimizes machine efficiencies, press section dewatering and fabric life.
