DuBois Gels offer a combination of safe, effective chemicals and dedicated equipment for optimum cleaning throughout the paper mill.

Unique advanced formulations cling tenaciously to all surfaces. They form a highly active film, which stays in contact up to six times longer than other foamed products, resulting in superior cleaning results. Application and rinsing are quick, thorough and effortless. This program can save up to 30% in total cleaning time and up to 20% in total cost.

A complete range of cleaners

All DuBois Gels form a thixotropic gel that adheres strongly to surfaces, increasing the contact time for penetration of stubborn soils. They are easily rinsed and leave no chemical residues. Gels can be applied as easily as foam with DuBois’ new application (patent) equipment.

DuJel® 300 – Recommended for alkaline paper machines which deal with calcium carbonate scale.
DuJel® 700 – Neutral general purpose cleaner for paper machine frames and wet-end applications.
DuJel® 870 – Solvent-based product specifically designed for specific degreasing applications.
DuJel® 1150 – Chlor-alkali based product designed for cleaning difficult deposits on coater frames and equipment.
DuJel® 1200 – Strong alkaline-based product for cleaning organic (pitch, grease, oil) deposits on paper machine frames from the wet-end to the calendar stack.
